Refreshed Visual Identity and Art Direction for Newbook. Meet Newbook, a digital tech platform and customer service business, born from a problem-solving family who ran caravan parks and didn’t like the systems they were using. With an award-winning property management system (PMS) they now needed to look the part.

The Challenge
Stuck in the 90s.
Wanting to modernise their growing brand, we used a strategic brand archetyping process to help them define a new brand personality and strategy, resulting in a modern visual identity with a focus on ease of use, guest experiences and flow.

A revolution with roots.
It was important that the overall brand identity would maintain the integrity of the company’s core values while also cementing their positioning as a forward-thinking leader.

The Result
All about the flow.
The wordmark logo translates the ease of Newbook’s operations, represented in the flow of the K. Paired with a fresh colour palette, new typography, tone of voice, imagery and custom icons, the new brand was brought to life. In March 2023 Newbook revealed their new look and has since had success across the world.
